AN ORDINA ?CE RECLASSIFYING LOT 16, BLOCK 1, PULASKI HEIGHTS
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE RUCK, ARRANSIS AMENDING
ORDIIVANCE NO. 5420 AS APPENDED: AND FOR OTHER �URPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL ';F THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot 16, Block 1, Pulaski Heights Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 521 North Pine Street,
heretofore classified and zoned as "B" One- fr,mily District under
the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and
reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two-
family District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to
permit the reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot 16,
Block 1, Pulaski Heights' Addition to the City. of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as outlined in Section l hereof, said property to be
hereafter known and classified as being in the "C" Two - family
District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
