BE IT ORDAINED BY T El' CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:-
SECTION 1. That Cook Automobile Company
is hereby granted the right to install and maintain
a small underground gasoline storage tank and a
asoline pump on a plot of ground approximately six
6) feet wide and twenty -one (21) feet long and
which is located between the sidewalk and the curb
of Tenth Street and between the alley and the South
entrance to the Cook Automobile Company building on
the Northeast Corner of Tenth and I '-ain Streets in
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. THAT all ordinances and parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
amended only insofar as they affect this ordinance.
SEPC`i'ION 3. That this Ordinance shall. take
effect and be in full_ force fro,l end after its
passage.
