SECTION 1. That Ordinance IIo. 7888, o_' the City of Little 1�ock, passed
February 7, 1949) is hereby, a=mended in the following respects:
SECTION 2. That "City Secretary ", pave 15, Section 304, paragraph -5, is
hereby amended to read City Clerk.
SECTIO? 3. Fire Zone ho. 2, page 78, Section 1601, paragraph 2, shall be
amended to read as follows:
Zone 2 shall start at I:cLean and the Arkansas River and
extend mouth to a point half -way between Sixth and Seventh
Streets, thence ':test to the alley Last of Mock Street,
thence South to Tenth Street, thence '<aest to the alley nest
of Cumberland Street, thence South to Nineteenth Street,

SUCTION 4. Sign fees under Miscellaneous Permits, Section 203,
pale 8 shall be omitted in favor of the sign fees page 273, ,Section 4708.

Building Inspector under Section 4701, Sage 267, paragraph 1, subparagraph

SECTION J, page 7, Section 203, paragraph 1, shall be amended to
read as follows:

Section 4302 (a), subparagraph 3 shall be amended to read as follows:

SECTIOe It,. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby rel:ealed. Unless the provisions of this ordinance
are put into effect immediately, the public peace, health, and safety
of the citizens of Little Rock will be adversely affected; therefore,
an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and T proval.
