same is hereby appropriated out of the General Fund of the City of
Little Rock for the purpose of defraying the expense of sending the
City Engineer, Assistant City Engineer, Building Inspector, and the
Bernet Clerk to Dallas, Texas, where they will study the methods and
proceedures employed by the Building Officials of that City in
administering and enforcing their Building° Code.
SECTION 2. It is imperative that the necessary machinery for
admdnistering, and enforcing the new Little Hock Building Code be set
up at an earli date in order to provide the maximum service to the
citizens of Little dock.
