AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THV' BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND PUR-

BY THE MILK AND DAIRY DEPARTMENT AND ONE FOR USE BY
THE FOOD AND MEAT DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY CF LITTLE ROCK.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for., and
purchase two automobiles for use by the health Department
of the City of Little Rock. The cost of such automobiles
shall not exceed the sum of $1,350.00 each.
SECTION 2. One of said automobiles shall be used
in the Milk and Dairy Division of the City of Little
Rock, and the other shall be used in the Meat and Pro-
duce Division of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this or-
dinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval.
