AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING
$110 TO PAY THE EXPENSES OF DIRECTOR AND
ONE ::BErL OF ITE CITY
PLANNING COIN: FISSION TO OKLA-
HOM1k CITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the general
fund the sum of One Hundred ten Dollars to pay the expenses of
Director and one
/Zxa member: of the City Planning Commission to Oklahoma City,
Oklahoma in order that they might attend the National Citizens
Conference on Community Planning to be held in that city on
the dates March 28 -30.
Section 2. The appropriate city officials are hereby
authorized and directed to take such steps and execute such
instruments as may be necessary to carry out the intent and
purposes of this ordinance
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
