ORDINANCE NO. 7911
AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE SALE OF' GOODS, ARES AND
P11RCHANDISE IN BOYLE PARK EXCEPT AT THE ESTABLISHED
REFRESHMENT STANDS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY 2'HE CITY COUNCIL OF '1TE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. From and after the effective date of this or-
dinance it shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corpora-
tion to sell or offer for sale any goods, wares or merchandise
in Boyle Park except at regularly established refreshment stands
located therein.
SECTION 2. All pixxxxxx, firms or corporations are hereby
prohibited from 44.Z XZW.%5X91E serving to picnics or other
or beer.

SECTION 3. Any person, firs, or corporation violating the
terms of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor,
and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not less
than $10.00 or more than $50.00.
SECTION 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
