AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 7, BLOCK 29, KIMBALLtS SOUTH
PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot 7, Block 29, Kimball's South Park
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 2824 Izard
Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" One - Family Dis-
trict under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby
rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be
In "C" Two - Family District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot 7, Block 29,
Kimball's South Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, tirk-
ansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be here-
after known and classified as being in the "C" Two-family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
