ORDINANCE NO. 7915
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING SOUTH 46 FEET OF LOTS 10,11 & 12,
BLOCK 8, FOREST HILL ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARK-
ANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the South 46 ft. of Lots 10,11 & 12, Block
8, Forest Hill Addition to the city of Little Rock, Arkansas, being
920 S. Maple Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" One -
Family District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is
hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared
to be in "C" Two - Family District under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance.
SECTION 2, That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said South 46 Feet of Lots
10,11 & 12, Block 8, Forest bill Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to
be hereafter known and classified as being in the "C" Two - Family
District,
SECTION 3, That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
