AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE EAST 44' OF LOT 10 and LOTS
11 & 12 BLOCK 412 COMPTON'S SUBDIVISION OF LINCOLN'S ADD-
ITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE
O. 5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the East 44' of Lot 10, Block 412, Com-
pton's Subdivision of Lincoln's Addition to the City of Little
Rock, A$kansas, being 1512 Hh Street, heretofore classified
and zoned as "B" One - family District under the terms of Zoning
Ordinance No. 5420; and Lots 11 & 12, Block 412, Compton's Sub -
division of Lincoln's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Ark-
ansas, being 1510 i,'.gth Street, heretofore classified and zoned
as "F" Commercial District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance
No. 5420,ar:e hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is
hereby declared to be in "I" Light Industrial District under

the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map there-
to attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permitji
the reclassification and rezoning of said Lot E. 44' of Lot 10,
and Lots 11 & 12, Block 412, Compton's Subdivision of Lincoln's
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in
Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and class-
ified as being in the "I" Light Industrial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
