AN ORDINANCE GRANTING WAIVER OF LOT AREA AND YARD SPACE REQUIRE-
MENTS ON PROPERTY AT 3216 WEST MARKHA M STREET: AMENDING
ORDINANCE N0, b420, AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAIdED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the lot area requirements and the front
and rear yard space requirements as established by Ordinance
No. 5420 as it affects property at 3216 West Markham Street,
described as Part of Lots 20 and 21 in Block 13 of Midland Hills
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows: Begin 93 feet East of the intersection of
North line of West Markham Street with the East line of Ridgeway,
thence East 84.5 feet to the Vest line of the alley, thence North-
westerly along said West line 97 feet, thence South 59 degrees, 30
minutes West 23 feet, thence South 31 degrees East 17 feet; thence
South 60 degrees 30 minutes west 41 feet; thence South 30 deggrrees
45 minutes East 37 feet to point of beginning, Little Hock, 4rkan-
sas, are hereby waived, and the owner thereof is hereby granted
permission to build a back screen porch.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map attached
thereto and made a part thereof are hereby amended to conform to
the provisions of Section 1 of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
