AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT THREE (3), BLOCK SIX (6),
BRADDOCKtS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK ARKANSAS,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: AND FU OTHER PUR-
POSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot 3, Block 6, Braddock's Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1911 Valentine Street,
heretofore classified and zoned as "B" One - Family District
under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned
and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "C"
Two - Family District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance,
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to
permit the reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot 3,
Block 6, Braddock's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Ark-
ansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be
hereafter known and classified as being in the "C" Two - Family
District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
