SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs of the City
of Little hock is, hereby authorized and directed to ad-
vertise, take bids for, and let a con-t:ract for the install-
ation of a lightinp� system at the #1 baseball diamond in
McArthur Park. The cost of such installation shall not
exceed the sum of ?3,000.00.
