ORDINANCE NO. 7928.
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FOUR HUNDRED
DOLLARS FROT•" THE GENERAL FUND OF THr CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK TO PAY THE EXPENSES OF THE MUNICIPAL JUDGE AND
CITY P?ROSECUTOR TO ATTEND THE TRAFFIC COURT CONFER-
ENCE AT TULANE UNIVERSITY APRIL 26 -30; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF mHE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the
General Fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of Four Hun-
dred-Dollars (¢,400.00) to cover the expenses of sending the
Municipal,Judge and City Prosecutor to the School for Traffic
Judges and.Prosecutors sponsored by the American Bar Associa-
tion-and Northwestern University and to be held at Tulane
University April 26 -30, 1949.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby direct-
ed and authorized to take the necessary steps and execute such
instruments as may be necessary to accomplish the provisions
of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
