BE IT ORDATNTD ray THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
POCK_., ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated
from the general fund of the City of Little Rock the
sum of 872.80 to reimburse the City attorney for i�is
expenses to St. Louis, [issouri. Said trip Sias made
on behalf of the Oity of Little Rock in the case of
Springfield vs. Carter, et al.
SECTTON 2. The proper city officials are
hereby authorized and directed to execute such instru-
ir.ents as are necessary in order to carry out the provis-
ions of this crdinance.
SECTTO TAT 3. All ordinances and parts of or-
dinances in conflict herewith are herebtr repealed, and
this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
,and after its passage and approval.
