AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
110.00 TO BE USED AS A CHANGE FUND
FOR THE OPERATION OF THE CURRAN CON`VVAY
MUNICIPAL SWINtMING POOL, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAITTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from
the general fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of
$110.00 to be used as a change fund for the operation
of the Curran Conway Municipal Swi= -ing Pool.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are
hereby authorized and directed to execute such instru-
ments as are necessary in order to carry out the pro-
visions of this ordinance.
SECT?'07 3. All ordinances and parts of ordin-
ances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and
this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.
