ORDINANCE NO. 7934.
AN'OF.DINANCE AMENDING THAT PART OF ORDINANCE NO. 7444
LEVYING A TAX ON JUNK DEALERS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That part of Section 1 (A) of Ordinance No.
7444, reading as follows:
"Junk, Waste Material, hides, furs, wool, paper, rags,
scrap iron, brass, rubber, copper, and the like. . .$300.00."
is hereby amended to read as follows:
Junk, Waste Material, hides, furs, wool, paper, rags,
scrap iron, brass, rubber, copper, and the like. . .$200.00.
SECTION 2. It is the intention of this ordinance to amend
only so nuch of Section 1 (A) of Ordinance No. 7444 as is appli-
cable to the placing of a privilege tax on Junk Dealers.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passae and approval.
