AN ORDINANCE P f!ENDING SECTION 1 (A) OF
ORDINANCE NO. 7444 BY ADDING A PROVISION
TO COVET? COIN OPT +,RATE'D RADIOS., AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL GF THE CITY OF LITTLE
RODK, ARKANSAS:
SECT-JOY 1. That Section 1 (a) of Ordinance
No. 7444 b,8 and the same is hereby amended by adding the
following:
Radio --coin operated ---50� per year per machine.
• SECTIOY 2. That heretofore no provision has
been made for the licensing of coin operated radios which
are provided in the rooms of hotels, etc, and in order
that this inequity be abbrogated the provisions of this
ordinance are deemed necessary.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
