ORDINANCE N0. 7956
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS 2,3,4,5 & 6, BLOCK 11, RMOMIS ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AIMING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMMM:
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OFLI'TTLF ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That Lots 2,3,4,5 & 6, Block 11, Remelts Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 3200 Eli Street, heretofore classified
and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance
No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared
to be in "I" Light Industrial District under the terns of said Zoning Ordinance,
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto attached
and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the reclassification
and rezoning of the said Lots 2,3,4,5 & 6, Block 11, Remelts Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said
property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "I" Light
Industrial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall, take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
