AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE
HUNDRED AND TWENTY -FIVE DOLLARS ($125.00)
TO PAY THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK TO THE NArCIONAL INSTITUTE OF MUNICIPAL
LA's' OFFICERS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of
the General Fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of One
Hundred and Twenty -Five Dollars ($125.00) for the payment of
membership dues of the City of Little Rock to the National
Institute of Municipal Law Officers, from January 1, 1949, to
December 31, 1949.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby
directed to take such steps and execute such instruments as
may be necessary to accomplish the provisions of this ordin-
ance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
