AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY
FIVE DOLLARS ($155.00) TO REIMBURSE DAVID BEASLEY FOR HIS
EXPENSES IN REMOVING A SIGN FROM 1920 BROADWAY STREET.
WHEREAS, pursuant to a permit issued by the City
Engineer's Office of the City of Little Rock, David Beasley
erected a sign at 1920 Broadway Street, and
WHEREAS, The City of Little Rock subsequently
ordered the sign removed from said location, and
WHEREAS, David Beasley is entitled to be reimbursed
for his expensesjin removing and re- working said sign,
NOW, T((HEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the
general fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of One Hundred
and Fifty Five Dollars ($155.00) to be paid to David Beasley
to reimburse him for his expenses in removing a sign from
1920 Broadway Street.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby
authorized and directed to take the necessary steps and execute
such instruments as may be necessary in order to carry out the
provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3• All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
