AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STREET
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT N0, 580 OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, parties claiming to be the owners of more than
two - thirds in assessed value of the property located within the
territory hereinafter described have filed a petition praying
that an improvement district be established for the purpose here-
inafter set out; and
WHEREAS, after due notice as required by law, the City
Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, has heard all par-
ties desiring to be heard, and has ascertained that said petition
was signed by more than two- thirds in assessed value of the
owners of real property within said territory;
N01`d, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAIr1FD by the City Council of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas;
Section 1. There is hereby established an improvement
district embracing the follovdng described property;
Lots 7 to 12 inc. Block 3; Lots 7 to 12 inc.
Block 4; Lots 1 to 6 inc. Block 5; Lots 1 to
6 inc. Block 6, Dowdy & Terry's Subdivision
of Lot 6, Block 1 and of Lots 2 and 3, Block
3, of Hyde Park Addition;
Lots 7 to 12 inc. Block 1, McGlauflin's Sub-
division of N2 Lots 4 and 5, Block 3, Hyde
Park Addition;
N2 Block "C" Ben Cox Subdivision of S2 Lot 4,
Block 3, of Hyde Park Addition
All in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
for the purpose of grading, draining, curbing, guttering, and
paving, in such a manner and with such materials as the Commission-
ers to be elected for the said improvement district shall deem to
be for the best interest of said district, the following parts
of the following streets in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
to -wit;
West 25th Street from west side of Adams Street to
East side of Monroe Street,
and that the cost thereof be assessed and charged upon the real
property above described.

Said district shall be known as Street Improvement
District No. 580; and Guy R. Ford, Arlie W. Andrews and Henry
Brooks are hereby named Commissioners, who shall compose the
Board of Improvement for said District.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
