AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND WAIVING YARD SPACE REQUIREMENTS ON THE
NET 701 OF LOTS'NINE (9), TEN (10), AND ELEVEN (11), BLOCK
TWENTY -SIX (26), INDUSTRIAL PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 51+20 AS AMENDED: AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C]TY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the West 701 of Lots Nine (9), Ten (10), and
Eleven (11), Block Twenty -Six (26), Industrial Park Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being the Northeast Corner of
Lucille and 10th Streets, heretofore classified and zoned as "B"
One- family District under the terns of Zoning Ordinance No. 5/+20,
is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared
to be in "F" Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance, and a waiver of front yard space requirements is hereby
granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the West 701 of Lots Nine (9), Ten
(10), and Eleven (11), Block Twenty -Six (26), Industrial Park
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section
1 hereof; said property to be hereafter known and classified as being
in "F" Commercial District and with front yard space requirements
waived as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
