AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING, WAIVING YARD SPACE REQUIRMNENTS AND
PERMISSION TO ERECT AN ADDITIONAL BUILDING ON LOT ONE (1), BLOCK
15, SIDNEY JOHNSONIS ADDITION TO THE.CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1.
That Lot-One
(1),
block Fifteen (15), Sidney Johnson's
Addition to the
City of Little
Rook,
Arkansas, being 4301 West 16th
Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" One- Family District
under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 51,20, is hereby rezoned and
reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "W Commercial
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance, a waiver of yard
space requirements is hereby granted and the owner thereof, is hereby
granted permission to construct an additional building on the above
mentioned property.
SECTION 2'. Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map attached thereto
and made a part thereof are )oreby amended to conform to the provisions
of Section l of this Ordinance.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
