BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LI "'TLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs of the City
of Little Rock is hereby authorized and directed to enter into
a contract with an engineer or en�;ineerin� firm for the prepar-
ation of plans and specifications for the rehabilitation, re-
pair, or replacement of damaged porticns of the Municipal Air-
port caused by the use of said airport by the United States
Government during the recent war, in accordance with the
allowance for said damage by the CIVIL AERONAUTICS AUTHORITY
of the United States Government.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
