AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS
TO ADVERTISE, TARE BIDS FOR, AND PURCHASE ONE THREE -WAY STOP LIGHT
TO BE PLACED AT THE INTERSECTION OF ASHER AVEUNE AND ROOSEVELT ROAD,
AND ONE STANDARD TRAFFIC LIGHT TO BE PLACED AT THE INTERSECTION OF
CANTRELL ROAD AND KAVANAUGH BOULEVARD, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS;
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and directed to advertise, take bids for, and purchase one three -
way stop light to be erected at the intersection of Asher Avenue
and Roosevelt Road, and one standard traffic light to be placed at
the intersection of Cantrell Road and Kavanaugh Boulevard.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
