Urchate are Asphalt Plan's Dryer for use in the Street
Department of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas® said
price shall not exceed the sum of $9,500 ®00.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and unless the
provisions of this ordinance are placed into effect
immediately, the peace and safety of the citizens will
be adversely affected, therefore an emergency is hereby
decIRred to exist and this ordinance will be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
