ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 8019, passed June 6,
1949 is hereby amended to include the following* positions at
the J. Curran Conway Yunicipal Swirmiinr Pool:
Chief Checker, who shall receive 3.50 per day
(3) Deck Boars who shall receive '� 1.50 per c;ay
SECTIOY 2. The terms and provisions of this or-
dinance shall be retroactive to May 16, 1949, and all posit-
ions created hereunder are for the 1949 summer season only.
SECTTO_TT 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect frorj and after its passaue
and approval.
