AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $3,925.00 FROIG2 THE
GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK TO B PAID TO
RUSSELL BROWIT & COICPANY, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CI'T'Y COUNCIL UP THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the General
Fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of 83,925.00 to be paid
to Russell Brown & Company for services rendered in raking the
annual audit of all City accounts and funds for the year 1948.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby authorized
and directed to execute such instruments as are necessary in or-
der. to carry cut the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTIOY 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
