AN ORDINANCE GRANTING WAIVER OF LOT AREA -ND YARD SPACE REQUIREMENTS
ON PROPERTY AT 1705 COMMERCE STREET; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420, AS
AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the lot area requirements and the yard space
requirements as established by Ordinance No. 5420 as it affects
property at 1705 Commerce Street, described as North 581 of Lot One (1)
and North 58' of the West 231 of Lot Two (2), Block 160, Original City
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, are hereby waived, and
the owner thereof is hereby granted permission to construct additional
rooms on an existing house.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map attached
thereto and made a part thereof are hereby amended to conform to the
provisions of Section 1 of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance she! 1 take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
