ORDINANCE No 8060
An Ordinance reclassifying the North 70 feet of Lots One (�) and
Two (2) and the North Seventy (70) feet of East Twenty (20 feet
of Lot Three (3) in Block Six (6) of T. B. Martin's Addition to
City of Little Rock, Arkansas , and waiving the requirements of
3rd paragraph of Section 208 of Ordinance No 7$88 so as to permit
erection of a 2 family residence crosswise of established lot lines
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, Ark.
Section 1 ;„That the North 70 feet of Lots l and 2 and the forth
70 feet of Fast 20 feet of Lot 3 Block 6 T B Martints Addition to
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1100. to 1104 South Va3=
Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" , 1 family district
under the terms of Ordinance No 5420 is hereby rezoned and
reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "C ", 2 famil
District, under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
Section 2 : That Ordinance No 5420 and the Zoning map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of said North 70 feet of Lots 1 and
2 and the North 70 feet of the, East 20 feet of Lot 3 Block 6 T. B.
Martints Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas as outlined
in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in the " C ", two family District.
Section 3 : That the 3rd paragraph of Section 208 of Ordinance
No 7888 be and the same is hereby waived as to the said North 70
feet of Lots 1 and 2 and the North 70 feet of East 20 feet oflot
3 in Block 6 of T B Martin's Addition to City of Little Rock, Ark*
so as.to permit the.erection of a two (2) family residence,
crosswise of the lot lines as now established, and the issuance of
a building permit by the proper authorities be and the same is
hereby approved and directed.
Section 4 : That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
