AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE N0. 7888 TO PERMIT W. R.
STEPHENS INVESTMENT COMPANY TO EXTEND H PRESENT BALCONY NDIN THEIR OFFICE
AT 111 WEST SECOND STREET OVER THE ENTIRE
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED By THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKAN3ASt
SECTION 1, That Section 1602 -A of Ordinance NO- 7888 be
amended to authorize the granting of a building permit to W . R.
Stephens Investment Company, Ino.y to extend the present balcony
in their office at 111 West Second Street over the entire first
floor.
SECTION 2. That the City Engineer be authorized and
directed to issue a building permit for this construction.
SECTION 3. It is hereby ascertained and found that there
is immediate need for the construction of the above described
improvement and that the public health and safety are involved,
and therefore an emergency is declared and this ordinance shall
take effect immediately upon its passage and approval*
