ORDINANCE No. 8065-
AN ORDINANCE LEVYING A PENALTY FOR THE NON
PAYMENT OF THE DOG LICENSE FEE; AMENDING
THE PROVISIONS OF ORDINANCE No. 5767 TO
CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS HEREOF; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. From and after the passage and approval
of this ordinance there is hereby levied a penalty for the non-
payment of the Dog License Tax as provided by Ordinance No.
5767, as follows:
(1) For the first sixty (60) day period after
the license is delinquent, a penalty of Fifty Cents (50�).
(2) When the license is delinquent for over
sixty (60) days, a penalty of One Dollar ($1.00).
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5767 is hereby amended
to conform to the provisions hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance will be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
