AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PURCHASE
CERTAIN EQUIPMENT FOR USE IN THE STREET DIVISION OF THE
PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED By THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and directed to advertise, take bids for, and purchase 2,000
Pounds of Broom Wire for use in the Street Division of the Public
Works Department. The cost of such wire shall not exceed the
sum of $460.00.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, andthis ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
