AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE AN AERIAL MOSAIC TO BE USED BY THE CITY PLANN-
ING COMMISSION, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby author-
ized and directed to advertise, take bids for, and purchase
an aerial mosaic to be used by the City Planning Commission.
SECTION 2. The cost of such item as authorized for
purchase in section 1 hereof shall not exceed the sum of
$3,000.00.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances-in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its pass-
age and approval,
