AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND WAIVING FRONT AND SIDE YARD SPACE REQUIREMENTS
OF LOT FOUR (4), BLOCK EIGHTEEN (18), FLEMMING & BRADFORDIS ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: AMENDING ORDINANCE 110. 5420 AS AMENDED: AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1, That Lot 4, Block 18, Flemming & Bradfordts Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 2323 High Street, heretofore
classified and zoned as "C" Two-Family District under the terms of Zoning
Ordinance No. 5420, is hereb7r rezoned and reclassified and the same is
hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District under the terms of said
Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of front and side yard space requirements
is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning lisp thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of Lot 4, Block 18, Flemming & Bradford's
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1
hereof; said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in
"F" Commercial District and with front and side yard space requirements
waived as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
