AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS 52 6, 72 AND THAT PART OF LOT 8 NORTH
OF ROOSEVELT ROAD, BLOCK FORTY—TWO (42) BRAGG 1 S S 3COtiD ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE `10. 5/+20 AS AIENDED;
AND FOR OTIER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINM BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots 5, 6, 7, and that part of Lot 8 North of
Roosevelt Road, Block 1+2, Bragg's Second. Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Ar'Lansas, being 2500 -2520 Bragg Street, heretofore classified and
zoned as "Gn Commercial District except that part of lot 8 north of
Roosevelt Road which is zoned "B" Residence District under the terms of
Zoning Ordinance !,,To. 54201 is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same is hereby declared to be in "I" Light Industrial District under the
terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a Bart thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots 5, 62 7, and that part
of Lot 8 North of Roosevelt Road, Block 420 Bragg's Second Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said
property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "I" Light
Industrial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
