AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $63.50 FROM
THE GENERAL FUND TO BE PAID TO RITA BELL, FORMERLY
OF THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT, FOR ANNUAL LEAVE
PAY DUE HER.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of $63.50
to be paid to Rita Bell, a former employee of the Public
Works Department of the City of Little Rock, for annual
leave pay due her.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby
authorized and directed to execute such instruments as are
necessary in order to carry out the provisions of this or-
dinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its pass-
age and approval.
