AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND
SELL FIVE ( 5 ) USED MOTORCYCLES,, AND FOR OTHER PUR-
POSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1, The Board of Public Affairs is hereby auth-
orized and directed to advertise, take bids for, and sell
five (5) used motorcycles of the Police Department which
are obsolete, have been replaced by new equipment, and are
no longer used by the Police Department.
SECTION 2. The proceeds from the sale of the above
vehicles shall be credited to the budget of the Police
Department.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordin-
ance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
