ON PROPERTY AT 705 WRIGHT AVENUE; AMHZDIAIG ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED;
AND FOR OTIER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARIUj,INSAS:
SECTION 1. That the lot area requirements and the rear yard space
requirements as established by Ordinance No. 5420 as it affects property
at 705 Wright Avenue, described as West 48 feet of the North 25 feet of
Lot 11 and the ?Nest 48 feet of Lot 12, Block 10, Wrights Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Ar1ansas, are hereby waived, and the owner thereof
is hereby Granted perm.scion to construct a garage to be attached to an
existing dwelling.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5/.20 and the zoning map attached thereto
and made a part thereof are hereby amended to conform to the prov .11sions
of Section 1 of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
