SECTION 1. That Lots 17 and 18, Block 2, Galla�~herIs No. 3
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arl.- ansas, being the N.E. corner
of Asher Avenue & Brown Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B"
-- residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is
hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be
in "F" Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a nart thereof, a a hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots 17 and 18, Block 2,
Gallagher's No. 3 Addition'to the City of Little Roc' -, Arkansas,, as
outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known
and classified as being in the "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
