BE IT ORDAINED BY TT ?.'.E CITY COUNCIL ON T-! CITY OF LI' "M MCKI MAMAS:
MOTION 1. That the yard space recuirements and the requirement
that only one budding may be erected on one lot as established by
Ordinance No. 5420 as it affects property at 114 East 21st Street,
described as the E 5111" of Trot 7, and the E 51'1" of the S2 of Lot 8,
Block 422, Duvalls Addition to the City of Little Rock, ArVansas are
hereb7 waived.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map attached thereto
and made a part thereof are hereby amended to conform to the provisions
of Section 1 of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
