BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CIl'Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
A`-KANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and directed to advertise, take bids for, and execute a lease pur-
chase a�rreer gent for the following items to be used i n the Street
Departr,ient of the Public kJorks Department of the City- cf Little
Rock:
One Asphalt Plant Idixing Unit, total cost not to exceed
4e14,250;
One Power Crane with Drag Line and Clare Shell Attaclunents,
not to exceed the sum of ?';14,000.
SECTIi:N 2. Said lease purchase a- reerrents are not to exceed
a period of twelve (12) months, and the monthly rental shall be paid
at the rate of one- twelfth (1/12) of the to`ual urchase price per
month, with a provision that all monthly )ayments si<<.11 apply on
the urchase price if the City of Little Rock caesires to purchase
said equipment at any t1ne thereafter.
