S'r 'EC` "ION 1. That the S' of Lots 23 and 24, Block 3, Pinehurst
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, bein- 200`No-rth Eln, 3�reet.,
heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms
of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same is hereb-�r declared to be in "Crr Two - Family District under the terms
of said Zonin Ordinance, and a waiver of yard space reruire -ments is here-
by granted.
SECTION 2. That Crdinance No. 5/4.9-0 and the Zoning Map thereto attached
and made a nart thereof, are hereby amended to permit the reclassification
and rezoning of S1 of Lots 23 and 24, :dock 3, Pinehurst Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof; said
property to be hereafter I:nown and classified as being in "C" Two = amily
District and with yard space requirements waived as provided in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passa7e.
