SECTION 1. That Lots 11 and 12, Block 9, McCarthy's Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 2408 Wolfe Street, her �tofore
classified and zoned as "C" Two Family District under the terms of Zoning
Ordinance X10. 51,20, is hereby rezoned and reclassifies: and the same is ',er -c-
by declared to be in "D" Apartment District under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance, and a waiver of side yard space requirements is hereby ,-ranted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 52..20 and the Zoning !dap thereto
attached and made a hart thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezonin- of Lots 11 and 12, ;lock 9, 1cCarthy's Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof; said
property to be hereafter known and classified as being in "D" Apartment
District and with side yard space requirements waived as 7rovided in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall tape effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
