AN ORDINANCE WAIVING THE YARD SPACE RE(:UIREMENTS FOR
THEPROPERTY DESCRIBED AS LOT 8, BLOCK 45 OF THE ORIGI-
NAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AMENDING ORDNANCE NO. 5420
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LIT`!'LE ROCK,
ARKAN SAS :
SECTION T. That the yard space requirements of Ordinance
No. 5420 as required for Lot 8, Block 45, Original City of
Little Rock be and the same are hereby waived.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map
which is attached thereto and made a part thereof are hereby
amended so as to permit the waiver of yard space required for
Lot 8, Block 45 of the Original City of Little Rock, and per-
mission is hereby granted to the owner thereof to construct
a living quarters on the rear of said lot.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from an$ after its passage and approval.
