SECTIOI,T 1. That Lots 7,8,9, Block 4, Union Depot Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1922 ':Jest 2nd Street, heretofore
classified and zoned as "D" T'esidence District under the terms of Zoning
Ordinance No. 51,,20, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the. same is
hereb`,r declared to be in "D" Apartment District un der the terms of said
Zoninr-,• Ordinance, and a waiver of rear yard space require ~gents is hereby
granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zonin7 Iiap thereto
attached and made a part theroof, are hereby amended to nern.,iit the re-
classification and rezonin of Lots 7,0,9, Block 4, Union Depot Addition
to the City 1_ Little _6och, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof;
said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in ''D" Apartment
District and with rear yard space req :_?irements waived as provided in
Section 1 hereof.

from and after its passage.
