AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 11 OF ORDINANCE NO. 5420,
ASAMENDED, BY PERMITTING BUILDING WITHIN TWENTY (20) FEET
OF THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE ON CERTAIN LOTS LOCATED IN
KINGWOOD PLACE, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LIT`_'LE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARK-
ANSAS:
SECTION? 1. That Section 11 of Ordinance No. 5420 (Zoning
Ordinance), as amended, is hereby amended to permit building with-
in 20 feet of the front property line on the following lots locat-
ed in Kingwood

SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed. Unless the provisions of this ordin-
ance are put into effect immediately, the peace, health and safety
of the citizens of Little Rock will be adversely affected; there-
fore, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
