AN ORDINANCE! RECLASSIFYING LOTS 18-25 INCLUSIVE, PINE FORREST ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5.420 AS AMENDED:
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINS BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSASs
SECTION 1. That Lots 18-,25 inclusive, Pine Forrest Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being property at intersection of 16th Street
and Washington Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence
District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5,420, is hereby rezoned and
reclassifiedland the same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District
under the tuns of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached andimade a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the reclassi-
fication andlrezoning of the said Lots 18-25 inclusive, Pine Forrest Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said
property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "F• Commercial
District.
S ION 3. That this ordinance shell take effect and be in force
from and aft r its passage.
