AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS 1, 2, 3, BLOCK 163, ORIGINAL CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; PROVIDING CERTAIN SET BACK REGULATIONS; AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots 1, 2, 3, Block 163, Original City of Little
Rock, Arkameas.. being 1705 - 1707 -1709 Scott Street, heretofore classified
and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance
No. 5420, s hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby
declared t be in "HM Business District under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance.
SEM ON 2. A building set back line of 15 feet from the Scott
Street property line shall be maintained on Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 163,
Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
SECT ON 3. That Ordinance No. 5.420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby emended to conform to the
provisions of Section 1 and Section 2 of this ordinance.
4. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and a�ter its passage.
